Fired for being trans, a devoted school teacher decides the only solution is suicide, but an unexpected visit from a Shakespearean actor and his precocious daughter complicates her plan.

Backup Plan made its double-world premiere on Trans Day of Visibility March 31st, 2019 at Wicked Queer in Boston and qFlix in Philadelphia, where it won Best Short Film. It also won the Jury Award for Best Short Film at Atlanta.
