David Beck founded The Great Griffon in 2016 as a response to the lack of authentic LGBTQ characters in mainstream entertainment at the time. He is an actor, screenwriter, filmmaker, and composer. His award-winning short films "For Francis" (produced by Starr Films and directed by Angelique Letizia) and “Backup Plan” (which he also directed) played in film festivals worldwide and has been used to teach its themes of diversity and acceptance in Chicago public schools and universities in Indiana. In addition, he is the creator of the Streamy and Online International Web Fest nominated web series Spring Street. Additional producing credits include the satiric short film "The Exalted" directed by Viktor Luna and the New York revival of the critically acclaimed play "Animals out of Paper" by Rajiv Joseph, directed by Merri Milwe. As an actor, he has won several distinctions and appeared in dozens of plays and independent films, roles ranging from Shakespeare to Eugene O’Neill to Albert Innaurato to John Logan.  




Jennifer Bobbi is a transgender actress, comedian, and writer, most famous for her character Aunt Barbara. She delights her fans every Saturday night at 9pm EST on her popular Facebook Live Show. At one point, Aunt Barbara was the top-selling tupperware salesperson in all of North America. When she had the courage to come out as her true self, she lost most of her client base and ultimately had to file for bankruptcy. She has been written about in New York Magazine, Newsweek, Huffington Post, Yahoo, The National Enquirer, Newsday, and The LA Times. She has been featured on MSNBC, NBC New York, ABC New York, Good Morning America, ABC World News Now, Inside Edition, Talk Soup, AndersonLive.com, News 12 Long Island, and Daily Shot with Ali Wentworth. ABC News produced a documentary about her life in transition. She’s even been referenced and spoofed on The Simpsons. Jennifer also acted in the web series Spring Street as an addict in recovery as well as the star of Backup Plan, which garnered her with several Best Actress awards in film festivals. She has also appeared in viral episodes of What Would You Do?
